Account password reset many times, but not able to login?

If you are facing problem to login to your Viewpoint Panel account despite resetting your password one or many times, you don’t need to be a worry. It is a common problem with websites which require cookies be enabled on your web browser. Just follow the few steps below and you won’t face this problem anymore.

Enable cookies for the website

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More Moreand then Settings.
  • At the bottom, click Advanced.
  • Under “Privacy and security,” click Content settings.
  • Click Cookies.
  • From here, you can:
    • Turn on cookies: Next to “Blocked,” turn on the switch.
    • Turn off cookies: Turn off Allow sites to save and read cookie data.

Clear all cookies and the cache

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • On your browser toolbar, click More Moreand then More Tools and then Clear Browsing Data.
  • In the “Clear browsing data” box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  • Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything. Note: This option does not appear on all devices.
  • Click Clear browsing data.
